SPVTW is one of the most creative, visually stunning, quirky, and altogether awesome, movies ive ever seen. SPVTW is about a dude named Scott (Micheal Cera) who falls in love with the girl of his dreams named Ramona (Mary Winsted). But there’s a catch, Ramona has seven evil exses who Scott must defeat before him and Ramona can be together. Watch it? I actually watched this movie on my birthday.. and it was probably the highlight of the day, can’t think of many better to spend a couple of hours. I give this 8.5/10.

The Exorcist has been labeled the “scariest movie of all time” and i must say that I think I agree. I have seen many so-called scary movies that severely disappointed (the shining, the descent, Blair witch project) but The Exorcist delivered. The Exorcist is about a young girl named Regan (Linda Blair) who begins playing with a ouija board, her mom becomes concerned when Reagan begins acting odd, swearing and even becoming violent. What follows are some of the most terrifying moments ive ever experienced. Watch it? Yes, but trust me, you’re going to sleep with the light on. I give this a 9.0/10. Not suggested for kids under 15, or wimps

Kickass is a fantastic action/comedy that is definitely my favorite movie. Kickass is about a geeky highschool student named dave (Aaron Johnson) who gets sick of people sitting around while people all around us need help, so he decides to don a green wetsuit and become a modern-day superhero named Kickass. He soon becomes entangled in a fight aganist a gang and is joined by a few fellow hero’s named big daddy and hit girl. Watch it? Yes, not for everybody, but a great, well acted movie with so much charm you’ll find yourself loving every minute of it. i give this a 9.5/10. Not suggested for kids under 15.

Wanted is an explosive action movie that is totally fake, but also totally awesome. Wanted is about a man named Westley who has a boring desk job, jerk best friend, and cheating girlfriend. One day his whole world changes when a woman named fox (Angelina Jolie) tells him that his father used to be an international assassin, and he is also destined to be one. Watch it? Yes, doesnt have great acting or a great story, but has some very good special effects and a pretty good plot twist. I give this a 8.5/10. Not suggested for kids under 14.

After seeing Jackass one, I was a little hesitant about seeing 3D, I wasnt sure I would like it, but I am sure glad I went. Jackass 3d is about a group of friends (Johnny Knoxville, Bam Magera, Steve-o, etc.) who do idiotic stunts for fun. There were two improvements over the first Jackass that made this movie so good, The stunts were much more funny, and the 3d was very cool. Watch it? Yes, I suggest getting a group of friends (Probley guys) and going to this in 3d. I give this a 90/100. Not suggested for kids under 15, girls will probley hate this movie.
DR is a great, adreanline-fueled racing movie that stomps on the gas pedal and doesnt let up. DR is about a former nascar racer (Jason Statham) who is falsely accused of murdering his beloved wife. He is sent to a maximum security prison where the inmates race in a deadly sport named death race. The warden, knowing Statham had has a racing past, tells him, that if he races, will be released if he wins. Watch it? Had a better story then I thought and a surprising twist at the end, but nothing can beat the hardcore racing that is the heart and soul of this movie. I give this a 80/100.

Daybreakers is a refreshingly new take on a classic horror monster, a vampire. Daybreakers is about a future filled with vampires, over 95 percent of the population to be exact. The one problem with having so many vampires is the shortage of blood. The few remaining humans are farmed for blood, but their blood supplies are dwindling, and its up to a scientist (Ethan Hawke) to find a blood substitute before the world falls into chaos. Watch it? Action-packed, interesting, and a great story with some quality acting makes Daybreakers a movie unlike any other. i give this a 85/100. Not suggested for kids under 15.

Zombieland has beaten out Rat Race as my favorite comedy, but just barley. ZL is about a man who calls himself Columbia (Jessi Eisenberg) who is one of the very few survivors of a zombie apocalypse. He meets up with a gruff Texan named Tallahassee (Woody Harellson) who agrees to give him a ride for a while. The duo soon meet up with a two sisters who also hop in for a ride. The movie was fantastic, despite some cheesy lines and pacing problems, the movie was filled with good acting and some truly funny parts. Watch it? Yes, whether its action or comedy you’re looking for, ZL has both. I give this a 90/100. Not suggested for kids under 14.

TSR is a phenomenal drama with so much power and emotion it will leave you in tears. TSR is about a man (Tim Robbins) who is falsely accused of murder and sentenced to lifetime imprisonment. He is sadly beaten and mocked untill he meets a man named Red (Morgan Freeman) who accepts him for who he is and the two develop a true friendship. Watch it? Yes, one of the greatest dram’s ever made. I give this a 85/100. Not suggested for kids under 14.

SI is a great thriller that uses great acting, a terrific soundtrack, and a great overall atmosphere to deliver many chills. SI is about a federal marshal named Teddy (Leonardo DiCaprio) who is sent to investigate a missing prisoner at the insane asylum on Shutter Island. The movie was a very inventive mystery that truly had me in the dark of what was really going on untill the shocking ending. Watch it? Yes, DiCaprio’s performance of his career. I give this a 85/100. N suggested for kids under 14.
